4cm Felt Pad with Elastic for Fascinator & Hat Making
We bond two felt pads together with adhesive, placing an elastic band between them. One side of the felt pad can be attached to a hat base or a feather flower, while the other side allows headbands of various widths to be inserted (as shown in the image: 0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, and 2 cm), providing a secure and flexible fastening.
Please note that for very narrow headbands, additional reinforcement—such as glue or stitching with needle and thread—is recommended for better stability.

Feather Care Tips
1. Feather mounts/flowers may appear slightly flat due to packaging. We recommend gently steaming them over a boiling kettle to help restore their natural shape.
2. Hang the feather fringe/boa for three days to let it fluff up naturally. If you need to use them sooner, you can use a hair dryer to help fluff them more quickly.
