Thank you for your interest in our products. Please find below our wholesale terms and conditions. We offer two categories of wholesale services: Mixed Wholesale and Full Wholesale.
Mixed Wholesale
Customers may select any combination of products on our website and receive tiered discounts once the order reaches the required amount:
- Spend £100 → 5% discount
- Spend £200 → 6% discount
- Spend £300 → 7% discount
- Spend £500 → 8% discount
- Spend £800 → 10% discount
- Spend £1,000 → 12% discount
The system will automatically apply the highest applicable discount. Mixed wholesale orders are also eligible for the store’s free shipping threshold.
Full Wholesale
A minimum purchase of 10 units per style per color is required to qualify for Full Wholesale pricing. A wholesale price list will be provided once this requirement is met.
Please note the following:
- Full Wholesale is available exclusively to returning customers who have previously purchased smaller quantities and obtained our color card.
- Full Wholesale orders are not eligible for the store’s free shipping threshold. Shipping fees will be arranged through one-to-one communication with our customer service team.
- The standard lead time for Full Wholesale orders is approximately 3 weeks, with the exact duration dependent on the order quantity.
- Our feather designs are not limited to those shown on the website. Customers may request custom designs, as long as the minimum order quantity requirements are met.
