Refund policy

At MEDEA FEATHER,we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they meet our standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our policy below for more information.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the product is already in production or has been completed, no temporary cancellation will be accepted. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Custom feathers are non-refundable for reasons such as selecting the wrong style/specifications or personal dislike, as they are specially made only for you. If the color is incorrect, a refund may be arranged with customer service approval.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here hello@medeafeather.com.


Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@medeafeather.com to obtain the address of our China warehouse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over USD 100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
